I LOVE REFERRALS!!! This cake was done for a young woman who saw Courtney's AKA Cake (previous entry) on FB!! :D God is GOOD!!

This cake was for a 30th birthday celebration. The birthday girl is a hairdresser and enjoys shopping. I also had a request to include her initials "K.S.G.B.", scissors, and the colors pink and brown.

Fat Tuesday!!

This weekend I had 2 cakes to decorate for a friend of my aunt. One was a chocolate Christmas cake and the other was a Mardi-Gras themed birthday cake. :)

I was proud of my fondant bow! :)

Initially the frosting was a "mint" green color, but the it darkened after a while to this "army" green. :( I was not happy about that, but I'll keep that in mind for next time!

Laugh Now, Cry Later

The green semi-border is supposed to resemble a jester/joker's hat! Notice the gold beads of frosting on the tips.

I hope Yolanda enjoyed these cakes!!

Party Like A Rockstar!!!

This cake was done for a 12 y.o.'s b-day party. She aspires to play guitar! :)

Her name, Kamea, is on the side of the guitar.

These colorful, "Happy Birthday" candles were a nice accessory to the cake! :)
